Lambda400

The project Lambda400 ranges musically between the genres trip hop, ambient, electro-dance and house. Instrumental as well as song-oriented including voice respectively. This music is emotionally deep and introspective. There’s a broad array of emotions ranging from thoughtful, melancholic harmonies to kind and tender, hopeful spheres and positive groovy danceable tracks. Lambda400 leads accessible and attentive listeners deeper into their minds and to the most diverse realms of their hearts…

Lambda400 was formed when I met a very ambitious and accomplished guitarist towards the end of 1997. We immediately were on the same wavelength and promptly decided to make music together. After a while, the guitarist’s sister joined us. She was as ambitious as us and had some musical experience. Above all, she wanted to do one thing: sing, write lyrics and experiment with her voice. After we had first met, we knew that this line-up was perfect. Soon, we had pieced together a sufficient number of tracks to compile our first album. This album was just for us, respectively for friends and acquaintances.
Over the years, sound material and tracks have accumulated, which will now gradually be published here.
